House History Prints
A Custom Designed Artwork - £250
I’m currently looking for three unique properties to feature in my online gallery. To help build this collection, I’m offering a £50 discount on the next three commissions. Start with a free House History Check below to secure your print for £200.
Our House History Prints are designed to capture the story of your home — a journey through time. Each piece is individually created using personalised research into your property’s history, including details of former occupants and when it was built.
Whether you’re purchasing as a gift or for your own home, your A3 print will be produced to the highest archival quality using Giclée printing, ensuring it stands the test of time, with free delivery included.
What information will be included in the print?
Our House History Prints tell the story of your home, including an approximate build date and an overview of the other families who have called it home over the years. We use census records, directories, historic maps and local history sources to design the content for your unique print.
Not sure whether there’s enough historical information to create a print for your home? Request a free, no obligation House History Check to see what could be found.
The Process: From Purchase to Print
Share your details: When you purchase a print, you’ll be given the opportunity to provide any relevant details of the house that will be the focus of the research. You’ll then receive a confirmation email detailing timescales (usually 4 weeks), and if needed, requesting further information.
We create your print: Once we have confirmed the completion date with you, we’ll get started on the research for your beautifully crafted print.
Approve your proof: Once complete, you’ll receive a digital copy of the print to review and request any changes.
Receive your print: Your finished print is delivered ready to frame.
Terms
Our prints are intended to give an illustrative overview of the history of your home. The research is not a comprehensive history, with online records consulted in the design process.
Occasionally, it is not possible to progress the research of a building beyond a specific year. In these instances, the client will be informed, with a refund offered where appropriate.
Documents sourced during the research process are not provided to the client when the project is complete.
If further, in depth research is requested following the completion of one of our prints, a quote will be provided to the client based on the research that has already been carried out.
